Atlanta to develop Rs 9,500-cr theme park in Surat

Mumbai: The Gujarat government has roped in infrastructure and real estate firm Atlanta to jointly develop a Rs 9,500 crore theme park in Surat.
 
The city-based company, through its special-purpose vehicle, Atlanta Tourism Ventures, has signed a memorandum of understanding to set up an eco-friendly entertainment city at Suvali in Surat.

Supertech to invest Rs 2,000 cr to develop luxury project

New Delhi: Real estate firm Supertech on Wednesday said it will invest Rs 2,000 crore in the next four years to develop a luxury project, comprising residential and commercial properties, at Noida.
     
The project -- Supernova -- will house about 1,300 flats, which will be priced between Rs 60 lakh and Rs 3 crore, apart from offering offices, shopping malls and multiplexes.
